To get started:
- Complete our online Prospective Producer Information Form. Or, use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the form (you can download the Reader by clicking here) and send it to us via fax or mail. Following review, we will advise you whether or not you have been approved as a Producer for Frontier General.
- Frontier General’s Contracts/Licensing Department will notify you of your acceptance/decline as a Producer; upon acceptance we will fax you the Producer Agreement. When you receive the Producer Agreement you will need to execute it in the name of the licensed entity reflected therein and mail it to us. We will then issue you an ID and password, which you will use to access the "Agent Login" section of the Frontier General website. Remember: The name under which you contract must be a licensed entity from TDI; in other words, a corporation must have a corporate license from TDI, a “dba” must be filed and licensed as such with TDI, the same for Partnerships, LLP’s, LLC’s, etc.
